Each base is manufactured using a 5mm nozzle and 2mm layer height from a sustainable blend of PLA compounded with 30% wood fibers. The printing process delivers a robust, monolithic structure and a visually appealing, natural texture. Designed for quick assembly, the bases are ready to be paired with diverse upholstered seats, showcasing the seamless integration of 3D printing with traditional finishing techniques.
